Music Mania 4 was a great success for Skint towards achieving the best of local music. This time, we're not the last band to play, but the first. XD. It's a good thing for us. Tried out our new song cover - Swing, Swing by All-American Rejects, and it all went well.

Next up, we've got Punkrock Fest '06. Tickets are sold @ $10 each with free drink. You can contact any of us to get your tickets to another great event for the year. Bring as many as your friends as possible.

Hey guys, eugene here. Friday the 13th (13/10/2006 ) was our first gig as a band. We played at GAS HAUS(bugis). It was kinda cool as it was our first gig (FRIDAY THE 13TH!!!) and at least we didn't screw up, but most of the people went home before we played ):

Thanks for all you people who came down to support us like the DHS gang, Rachelle and the long list of other people.

If you didnt get to catch us play, don't fret, we got more gigs coming up like PUNKROCK FEST '06 (check out the GIGS page for more info) and AMPLIFIED 2006.

Also, we should be recording some demos in November, so look out for that yea!

Ok, after alot of discussing, Skint has a new lineup! I, Chester still remains as the bassist/vocalist, our new drummer, Eugene from Victoria Secondary School is the drummer and Ahmad from Marsiling Sec will be the guitarist! We have a few gigs lined up for us, 13th October at Gashaus, to purchase tickets contact either msn Ahmad, Eugene or me. 26th November's venue still pending, more details to come!

Damn! Monday's audition was a flop. It was supposed to be at TIET at 4~5 o' clock, but the organisers didn't turn up... We had to shoulder the cost. Luckily, we came half an hour late and the guy had the liberty to charge us half price. There should be a re-audition soon. Oh yes, Joshua has snagged more gigs for us! Details coming. XD

Hello people! Let us introduce ourselves! We are Skint! (Which means completely broke!) So I'm actually saying, Hello people! We are completely broke! (Pardon the comic relief) We are made up of four people. We were formed approximately the beginning of 2006. (However, we have known each other for roughly 7 to 8 years.) Chester is the Bassist and the Vocalist and he hails from Temasek Secondary School. David plays the Drums and Jeffry plays Rhythm Guitar and does Vocals. Both of them come from Bedok View Secondary School. Joshua is our extremely talented Lead Guitarist and he hails from Saint Patrick's Secondary School.

We normally play covers of different bands. Our main genre is Pop-punk to Powerpop. Our regular jamming schedule is on Friday and sometimes, Sunday. (depending on the social calendars of our members.) We normally jam at Tiet studio, located at 27 Kreta Ayer Road. We will SURELY be there on Fridays, 7 to 10 p.m.

We hope to do regular gigging someday and be as tight a band as we can be. Wish us luck on our journey!
